1. Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issues with the quality or craftsmanship of your order, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery so we can address the matter.

2. Shipping, Customs, & Import Taxes

Processing Time: Orders for readymade items are typically processed within 2 business days. Inquire for customs and made once ordered items.

Customs Fees: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays or additional fees held at customs.

Delivery Issues: Once an item is shipped, we are not liable for packages lost or damaged by the carrier, though we will assist you in filing a claim where possible. I ship USPS, with tracking.

3. Natural Materials & Variations

Leather is a natural product. Every hide absorbs dye differently and possesses unique markings, grain patterns, and textures. While we strive to match the colors shown in our product photos, slight variances in color and finish are expected and are a testament to the authenticity of handcrafted leather.

4. Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, production may have begun, and the sale will be considered final.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, and content on this page are the property of Mystic Leather Goods. Use of these materials without express written permission is prohibited.
